Grout staining or coloring is a specialized process of coloring or recoloring your existing grout. The existing color can be reapplied, or a new color can be applied.

The process begins with a deep cleaning. High temperature and pressure are used to emulsify the various oils and dirt which has accumulated in the grout. This unique cleaning process opens the pores of the grout and prepares it to receive the new color.

Once dry, the new color seal is applied to the fresh, clean grout sealing out any future stains and spills while leaving your floors looking BRAND-NEW for years to come! We back it up with a 10-year warranty.

Following the sealing process, the tile can be walked on in about 30 minutes.

Maintenance and care instructions along with concentrated maintenance cleaner are provided to you upon completion.
